Kerry Oxford - Certified Professional Inspector

Kerry worked as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist interpreting codes and standards as well as reviewing construction drawings prior to founding Oxford Inspections. But her love for renovations started much earlier. Growing up, Kerry helped her parents with numerious home improvement tasks at the “fixer uppers” they were fond of buying. She developed a passion for making spaces that a beautiful and functional.

Today, along with the inspection business, Kerry is a property investor with a passion for buying and completely renovating rental properties. She has a passion for creating functional spaces on a budget and loves to share her knowledge through public speaking events.

As a property inspector, Kerry uses her knowledge of mechanical and structural systems combined with her renovation experience to accurately identify issues in your home, and provide reliable, practical advice.
Jayden Bunz - Licensed Inspector (NACHI22101927)
Jayden is excited to be part of the Oxford Inspections Team. He recently completed all requirements for certification as a property inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and is building his knowledge and experience with Kerry's support.

Jayden joins the team with electrical experience having completed part of an electrical apprenticeship.
